Brief – Refresh DAMAC's social media presence as a luxury living developer in the highly competitive real estate market of Dubai.

Insight – Luxury is not sold. It's desired. It's experienced.

 

Idea – Unlike other developers in the market, the content strategy focused on restructuring the social media pages to tease the experience of living in DAMAC homes. We minimised tactical details like price, dates and materials used. Instead, we positioned the brand as the ultimate luxury living provider by highlighting lifestyle experiences offered at their properties.
