Challenge – As a melting pot of cultures, the diverse population of the UAE was interested in visiting Dubai Opera as a one-off cultural experience. Repeat footfall was a challenge. 

Insight – People in the UAE are all about experiences. 

 

Idea – Every performance is a new experience. Evolve the online positioning from informational to experiential storytelling. 

Result – 23% increase in engagement on organic posts and 35% increase in sales via organic and paid performance in 2023.
